- baking soda         1/2 table spoon

instruction:

1. wash hand
2. add sugar and golden syrup into the pot 
3. set up your burner/stove top
4. use the blue flame 
5. melt then boil the sugur

• sugar 
• lemon juice
• yeast

Instructions

1. get your equipment 
2. get your cup( name on cup
3. put half tea spoon of pondered ginger
4.  put half a cup of water into the cup
5. add one table spoon into the cup 
6. mix with spoon
7. add five drop of lemon juice
8. taste if and adjust the flavour
9. add 1 quarter of a tea spoon of yeast
10. let it brew for a week  

result:

after 1 week

it taste like strong wine with an after taste of beer  or just the taste like a dog SHIT

the yeast is a living breathing CO2 thing that eat sugar and excrete alcohol that we drank and that how we get drunk with the best degree to brew alcoholic ginger is with hot water and up to 30*c

why does it foam?

what u put it in your mouth it will foam because the foam sensation when u eat sherbet it not the sherbet fault but the chemical reaction between the citric acid and sodium bicarbonate and the reaction will  produce small bubbles.

 Aim:

get hot sauce on the stick, lick, eat, drink you drink after that 3 mins repeat with another chilli

results: 

1st 10/10 burning at the end (with nothing) 

2nd 9.5/10 less burning (with water)

3rd 6/10 no burning at the end and it divide it in to 2 (with coke)

4th 8/10 it feel better but the more u wait the spice the chilli get

what cause spices
