Sherbet

 

today we are making and eating sherbet

why does it foam?

what u put it in your mouth it will foam because the foam sensation when u eat sherbet it not the sherbet fault but the chemical reaction between the citric acid and sodium bicarbonate and the reaction will  produce small bubbles.
